Security deposit upon arrival of $100 - Returned upon inspection for clean, undamaged unit. No Checks Accepted, Cash or Charge.
Check out time other than 9 - 11 a.m. will have deposit mailed.
No refunds for early departures.
With all rental units bring linens, towels, pillows, utensils and charcoal for the charcoal grill, food etc.

Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds:
Credit Card Deposits will be processed at the time of reservation.
Deposits by check must be received within 2 business days of reservation and no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Confirmations will be e-Mailed after a deposit is received.
Refunds less a $10 fee are given for valid cancellations.
Notice of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival date for camp sites and 14 prior to arrival for Cabins, Chalets or Deluxe Trailers.
No refunds will be given for cancellations with shorter notice or due to weather.
PARTIES & PICNICS
Celebrate a birthday with Yogi Bear and Boo Boo. We have several packages that include visits, personalized birthday cards, and more. We can also customize a package just for your party.
We can accommodate group outings in our Pavilion. Please call for group reservations and parties.
GOLF CARTS
Reserve a Golf Cart with your site.
Enjoy our new golf carts. Rate is $50 for 24 hour period.

1. Call us! Just call (585) 457-9644 or (800) 558-2954 Park Code 105 to make a reservation over the phone. We'd be more than happy to answer your questions and reserve your site.
2. Book Your Campsite Online! You can make a reservation completely and securely over the internet. A confirmation will be mailed to you within 1 week. Please call to reserve Cabins, Chalets, or Deluxe Trailers.
3. E-Mail us! Send an email to info@wnyjellystone.com with your name and phone number. Someone will call you back to confirm or answer any questions you may have.
4. Make a reservation request. Please fill out this application completely. It is important that you include your full name, and telephone number with area code. For your privacy, a staff member will be telephoning you to confirm your reservation. Please note that all information is for camp reservations ONLY. We do not disclose or sell any information to other parties. Thank You.
